STAKES IS HIGH is the story of Will Goldin, an actor whose life is turned upside down when he leases a car to drive for a rideshare company. Will quickly realizes he can’t afford rent and the car lease, so he moves into his car to try to get ahead. Teetering on the edge of homelessness, he sacrifices everything to hold onto his dreams but it may not be enough – a modern day "Taxi Driver" and social commentary on the gig economy.
