In the inn, there is an armed escort team and they fight with HAK and PAK. FEI wants to help the team but in return he is attacked by them. Luckily he is saved by LEE. LEE and FEI continue their journey and they are surprised to see HAK being killed while the golden armour has been taken away. In fact the killers are CHA MANG, YU YI and KICK LOK TUNG CHU's apprentices. They surround LEE, forcing him to give them the golden armour. Later they find a dead man - FA FUNG. They search his body but they are disappointed as they cannot find the medicine. Therefore they continue their way In despair. They come across MUI YI in an inn. YI claims that he is able to cure LEE and this astonishes them. CHIN comes with BA PING and WAN to invite YI to heal his master's son. YI refuses and this arouses WAN's anger. He declares that he will kill LEE so as to force YI to go with them. In return he is hurt by LEE and loses his martial strength. CHIN goes to question LEE and discovers that he is the best friend of WAN's father. All the others are shocked. YUM argues with LEE who has hurt her son but LEE shows no response as he feels guilty……

She is YUNG and she wants to kill MUI.TIT wants to "buy" MUI and YUNG requests him to go home with her. In her house, TIT is surrounded by YUNG TIN KIT's brothers. They are angry with TIT as he has betrayed KIT. TIT makes no self-defense but for justice, one of them PIN HO invites some outsiders to make judgement for them. The invited ones are CHIU CHING ALL who is famous for his justice, SUNG who is the owner of Tai Kwung Restaurant and FEI. Both ALL and SUNG think that TIT is guilty but FEI has the opposite idea. However they do not know what has happened.

In order to catch FEI, Master SAM MEI lays the "Law Hong Maze". FEI is trapped and is hurt by Master SAM MEI and after hard struggle, he runs away again. On his way, FEI comes across TIT TAT and his leg is hurt by him. As he cannot defeat TIT TAT, he escapes. On the other hand, LEE's strength has been suppressed. LUNG claims to be good to him and says that he will release him. LEE is touched and begs LUNG to help FEI. LUNG agrees to do as LEE says. TIT TAT comes to kill LEE but YUM entangles him and knocks him down. YUM tells LEE that LUNG has betrayed him but LEE does not believe. YUM worries and does not know how to convince him. Suddenly LUNG comes and YUM is frightened and faints.

When YUM wakes up, she finds that LUNG is still in the cell. LEE tells LUNG that he knows everything and LUNG is ashamed. He tells LEE that he does everything for YUM as he loves her so much. At last it is time for LEE to starts off the journey to Siu Lam Temple, escorted by Master SAM MEI and TIN CHAT. FEI is hurt and is saved by YI who provides with him refuge and good care. When LEE and the others arrive at a forest, CHING MOR SAU attacks them with poisonous smoke. Luckily LEE drives him away. In a restaurant, Master SAM MEI is stopped by LEE who tells them that the food has been polluted. After careful examination, they know that the food is poisoned by KICK LOK TUNG CHU who is following them secretly. They continue their way and TIN CHAT ignores LEE's advice. He buys noodles to eat and is killed. Master SAM MEI is also poisoned. Luckily LEE kills KICK LOK TUNG CHU and saves him

YUM misses LEE and sends her maid to collect information but in vain. When LEE arrives at Siu Lam Temple, Master SAM WU is playing chess with PAK HIU SAN. They are surprised to see LEE carrying Master SAM MEI on his shoulders. They do not believe that SAM MEI has been poisoned by KICK LOK TUNG CHU as they have some misunderstanding with LEE. No matter how hard LEE tries to give explanation, they ignore his words. At last Master SAM MEI dies and the others want to kill LEE as he is believed to be the killer. To protect himself, LEE catches Master SAM SHU and keeps him as the hostage. After a period of rest, FEI recovers partially and he rushes to save LEE. YI requests to follow him and FEI agrees.

Meanwhile as FEI knows that YI has been humiliated by CHING MOR SAU, he is in terrible anger. They have a duel and FEI kills CHING MOR SAU. FEI returns to the inn to tell YI that he has killed CHING MOR SAU. There he finds an old man SUNG with his granddaughter SIU HUNG. They are telUng the others about tales of swordsmen. After hearing these, FEI decides to impersonate MUIso as to prove that LEE is not guilty.

FEI goes to act as MUI and the news is sent to Siu Lam Temple quickly. However they only believe that MUI is LEE's colleague. As LEE is not released, FEI pretends to be MUI and robs SUN LU SAM. Unexpectedly he is trapped in SAM's house and is caught. After being tortured, FEI is sent to Siu Lam Temple. LEE is threatened to surrender or FEI will be killed. LEE is shocked and wants to give up. However Master SAM SHU stops him. Master SAM SHU tells LEE that many scrolls of martial arts have been stolen and he believes that it is done by monks of the temple. He also believes that Master SAM MEI is killed for he knows who the thief is. He invites LEE to help him so as to catch SAM KAM whom he suspects. SAM KAM's trick is disclosed and in order to get away, he tells the others that PAK HIU SAN is the real boss. Although PAK HIU SAN wants to take a faster action, LEE kills him and SAM KAM runs away.
