After escaping a fight against the dark hunter, Donovan Baine, Rikuo seeks the refuge of his healing pool in Atlantis. Rikuo's rest is cut short by Pyron who's appearance reactivates the robot, Huitzil who captures Pyron.
The cosmic menace summons Dimitri, lord of the vampires, to launch a reign of terror-an unending plague of monsters intended to bring humanity to its knees! However, there's a heroic cabal of night warriors on the prowl as well - monstrous, awesome contenders with their own bizarre fighting powers!
